DVDFAB does not start anymore after Windows 10 update to 1903

I highly suggest that no one does an upgrades to version 1903 MS is reporting a lot of problems and are working on fixing some of the problems the hardware vendors where not ready for this new release especially the upgrade process.
You can revert back to 1809 in settings until MS fixes the issues which they state should be done by the end of June.
Or do a clean install which right now is the best, option MS insiders are still working on 1903 and reporting back to MS.

No problem with 1903 here either, unless it's causing Ripper to run about half throttle now.How to post the internal log
