New Offline x64 downloading older version

At the moment the x64 offline version seems to be downloading an older version 11.0.3.3 - (38D3C08212C4A74FF922F371487BA9DA)!

This is a known issue, please see the red text in the release notes here: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/dvdfab...019#post368753 It will be corrected when the office opens..
