Cinavia and passthrough

I rip my discs to movie only for playback on my movie servers which will play a cinavia protected file, but some disks with cinavia protection won’t allow me to use passthrough. Cinavia removal is checked under settings, am I missing something. Another program I use will let me rip to a file and use any selected audio track.

Have you tried turning off Cinavia Removal in DVDFab Settings->Cinavia (uncheck the box)?
