While converting large UHD Remux files DVDFab is producing video files with black frozen frames for minutes at a time and other frozen frames for minutes at a time. This happens with 4K MVK 10bit conversions using any conversion methods with b-frame support.. The whole reason i bought this All-in-one solution is so that i can minimize the amount of tools i use to make reduced bitrate files with good quality for streaming while i'm on the road. If i cannot do that with this software than this is a larger issue. I've tried rolling back graphics card drivers, uninstall and reinstalling DVDFab and it always produces the same results. Please advise

1. Please set it to use Software for decode and CUDA for Encode to try again.
2. If still have problem, please use your smartphone to shoot a video and show us how the result is played.
3. What player you used for playback? We need detailed information of your playback environment?
4. Please tell us how you got this video source, or please PM me a download url of the video.

The results are the same even if i uncheck the lightning shrink box and use software as decoder start a conversion of a 4K HDR 10bit MKV the results are the same. Here is an example of what happens.
I've attached a machine log from CPU-Z but to recap i have a RTX 2700 Super, i7 8700k 6-core 12 threads & 48GB of RAM. I use MPC-BE player and vlc player to test results one without HDR support (VLC) and one with MPC-BE.

Update: After reinstalling switching off Lightning Shrink and selecting Software decoding for H265 and selecting B-Frames on for Turing cards. Closing the app and reopening, the conversion of the UHD HDR 4K 10bit 7.1 AAC Remux was able to complete successfully without any frozen frames and black scenes. Downside is it effectively more than doubled the encoding time. Which i can achieve the same results using open source encoders like Staxrip without having to pay the large amount of money i did for this software that was supposed to be able to achieve the results with Cuda in half the time. If this is the actual solution going forward i will use NVENC and proceed with getting my money back. The encoding time before was around 30-40 minutes now it was 1 hour 30 minutes and the size difference is much larger. Please advise.

I have provided all the information requested including build info. The original Remuxs are directly from Blur-Ray source in HEVC UHD HDR. I don't have a way of sharing 60GB files that would without the purchase of some serious storage in the cloud and 30Mbs upload speeds it would be a long time before the source would be completely uploaded.
