Blu Ray with HDCP Failing to Load into DVDFab

I am trying to rip a Blu Ray that has the HDCP protection on it, but it doesn't appear in the application. It tries to analyze the Blu Ray, but does not show up in the list for Ripping or Copying to an ISO. When I tried to lunch it in CyberLink PowerDVD, it would say my system doesn't not meet the requirements to play HDCP items. The only reason I can think of this being the issue is the DP to DVI cable I am using (the main reason I used this cable is because I don't like Windows removing my monitors when I turn them off; I have done a lot of searching and nothing has worked to resolve the issue, but that is another story). I also tried using DVDFab PassKey 9 to make an ISO from it (or even play it), but that gave the same error in the logs when trying to load the Blu Ray. Other Blu Ray's work (not sure if any of them have HDCP) and I tried DVDFab PassKey 9 on another system that can play HDCP content (I used CyberLink's Advisor to check) and had the same issue. Any thoughts on what the issue could be? I searched for the error information in the log, but didn't find much.

    PC Specs:
    CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
    RAM: 32 GB
GPU: Radeon RX 580 Series 26.20.11015.5009
    Drive: LG DVD-RW/BluRay/HDDVD Combo - HL-DT-ST BDDVDRWGGC-H20L (also tested with a Verbatim DVD-RW/BluRay - PIONEER BD-RWBDR-UD03)
    OS: Windows 10 Build 18362

    DVDFab: 11.0.4.5 x64

    Blu Ray: Trinity Seven

    Log from DVDFab are attached.

Interestingly enough PowerDVD can now play the Blu Ray and the Advisor says everything is good now, but DVDFab still can't open the Blu Ray and DVDFab KeePass is not running.

The log is incomplete. A DVDFab internal log begins with a version/date/time stamp and ends when everything stops. Please attach the complete log session for this disc.

Most have been when I reset the log while it was running. Also, when I restarted the application, it got an update. It didn't change the issue, but the version is now 11.0.4.7.

Attached is a new log file after the restart and update (which shows both versions). I didn't insert the Blu Ray until after the update to 11.0.4.7.

Please open the original movie disc in Windows File Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it and upload it to our FTP site. Please check PM for FTP info, thank you.

I missed the update to the forum post. I had tried it with each new update, but it seems like it didn't start working until 11.0.5.4 (Current Version as of this date). It is possible I didn't wait long enough for it to show up (there is a little delay from the read progress bar completing to it actually showing up), but it does appear to be working now.

Again, sorry for the late response to confirm.
