The install log should be in the Log folder, normally in ...Documents\DVDFab11\...
Please check the logs of your internet security software and add DVDFab to the ignore (whitelist), I noticed you posted with a similar problem in another thread. Also, try the Offline installer and use the As Administrator option to run it. You can get it here: https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download...Fab11_x64_FULL (scroll down to see it).
Tried all that. Still not working? I've now clicked on DVDFab Mini to see if that does anything, but it's still stuck on the startup screen & it just says Logging In?
I am truly sorry for the problem, if it hangs at Logging in, it means it can't reach the DVDFab registration server. Please check again your internet security to see if it has logged any blocks of dvdfab.exe or any DVDFab components and tell it to ignore them if it has. Windows Defender or Firewall is sometimes guilty of these blocks also. The DVDFab internal log might give some evidence of this if you would please attach the final entry session in the log (read/edit it with Notepad). When this happens after using DVDFab successfully in the past it is almost always an update of some internet security that has added DVDFab to a block list. It installed and runs on my Win10 and Win7 PCs.
I have tried yet again by doing everything you have suggested (I even disabled NordVPN, as I saw something mentioned about that causing problems as well). I completely removed DVDFab, rebooted, & now reinstalled, but I cannot get past the screen which says 'Accessing server information..'?
Install.log doesn't seem to have made any changes since I was trying to get this working last night either, but here is a copy of the last entry session:-

PS The update works on my laptop, so there's no internet problem.
Please attach the dvdfab_internal.log file to help check it out.
If you have Nord you must manually turn off the CyberSec feature in settings. It is overly aggressive and the blacklist it uses is full of false positives. See the capture in this link: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...785#post362785
If it is all the security you have, turn it back on after you close DVDFab but find something better like Malwarebytes.
I only use Nord for VPN. I disabled the settings you mentioned last night after reading about it elsewhere on this site, but it made no difference. At one stage I had a popup during an attempted start of DVDFab telling me that I had a faulty install of Adobe Creative Cloud, saying that it was causing a problem? I tried reinstalling it to no avail, soi I did my best to delete it and I disabled the auto-startup of this software, along with many others, when restarting Windows 10, to see if it makes a difference (it didn't).
I installed the previous version (though it's only a 32bit link I received) and it worked. I then upgraded to the latest 64bit version, and it didn't work. I then went back to the previous version and upgraded to the 32bit current version, but it still doesn't work!
There's something in this new version my PC doesn't agree with (the 64bit version of 11.0.6.5 works)?
Just to let everyone know it's now working! In my case I disconnected a Clickfree Backup Drive. It freezes when I reconnect it. Solution is to try to remember to disconnect drive. If anyone has similar problems it may be an external drive causing the issue?
