12.0.0.7 crashes while retrieving disc info from cloud server

Just updated DVDFab to 12.0.0.7 with the new update popup box.
After restarting DVDFab, the ui crashed while trying to retrieve the disc's info from the cloud server.
I have two bluray drives and had them both populated with different movies.
I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 version 2004 Pro x64.

I then downloaded the offline installer and ran it to see if maybe the online update version was messed up.
I got the same results with the offline installer, crashed while trying to retrieve the disc info from the cloud server.

    Attached are the logs.

I'm going to reinstall the 12.0.0.6 version and see if that works.
Will update this post with results.

Installed 12.0.0.6 offline version and tried again...
same results as 12.0.0.7, crashed while trying to get disc info from cloud server.

    Attached are the logs.

I will try again with only 1 bluray drive populated.
The first bluray disc was correctly identified, but I haven't seen it recognize the second disc. This is where it is crashing.

Removed the second disc and opened DVDFab 12.0.0.6 with just one bluray drive populated.
The program froze again after retrieving the disc's info, but I let it continue to run without clicking on the interface and it eventually loaded the disc into Ripper, but it took a couple minutes with the DVDFab NOT RESPONDING warning on the taskbar.

I didn't wait very long (less then a minute) in the previous attempts.

      Attached are the logs.

I will update to 12.0.0.7 and try again with just one disc.

Updated to 12.0.0.7 and it behaved the same as 12.0.0.6.
The program froze after retrieving the disc's info.
DVDFAB NOT RESPONDING showed in the taskbar.
I let the program run and didn't clink on the interface.
It took over a minute for the Ripper module to show the disc in DVDFab and have the NOT RESPONDING title clear from the taskbar.

It seems like you need to keep the retrieving disc info dialogue box open longer, so that Windows 10 doesn't think the program has stop responding.

        Attached are the logs.

I just repopulated both bluray drives and opened DVDFab 12.0.0.7.
Again the program becomes NOT RESPONDING after reading each disc.
It just sits there with nothing in the Ripper module for over a minute, then populates the Ripper module with the movie all of a sudden and the NOT RESPONDING warning goes away.
It behaves exactly the same with the second disc. It reads the disc's info, then freezes for over a minute, then eventually populates the Ripper module.

The program works, but can you figure out why Windows 10 believes it isn't responding or adjust the Reading dialogue window to remain on screen until the Ripper (or any other module) populates.

Could you also add the download offline installer shortcut to the new online installer popup.
That quick link on the previous auto update dialogue box was super handy.
Now I have to go to the website and grab that offline installer.

          Thank you

Please add the server log. Suggest not opening two drives using the same instance of DVDFab. Even if it works perfectly it will take twice as long to open the Sources.

Sorry about not including the server.log.
I completely overlooked including it, but it's apparent that it is required to troubleshoot this issue.

Attached is the server.log from a running 12.0.0.7.

It appears that there might have been a problem within my network.
I have unifi gear and I'm running a Pihole.
There might have been a DNS lookup loop occurring.

I'm still in the process of getting pihole to work nicely with VLANs, but after adjusting Pihole some, I'm not seeing any of the NOT RESPONDING issues as before.

Hopefully it was just an issue on my end.
Sorry for not checking my gear before assuming it was DVDFab.
