Whaaaaa . . . registration server still down (2.5hrs and counting)

Ohhh . . . I've got so many discs to rip and the planned outage is is now at 2.5 hours. Original estimate was about 1 hour.
I just don't have that much spare time, so this is really annoying. Just venting, I know things go wrong . . . maybe the DVDFab team could consider a temporary mirror for their registration server next time?

The forum banner has been removed so I assume the planned maintenance is complete but my DVDFab applications can not contact the DVDFab cloud service.
I am able to login to account through the member portal through a browser (so I know my credentials and connectivity are OK)

I even downgraded to earlier version (12.0.0.9) but nothing works.

I think I'll just raise a support ticket and write-off my whole day. :-(
