As title states. When I click on the icon to start the program, the mouse icon changed to loading momentarily and that's it. No errors, nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled v12 X64 twice and even tried the 32 bit version with no luck. I tried searching the forum but didn't get any hits.

This is not a known or reported issue with this version. Symptoms like this are most often caused by a false reaction by security software or Windows Defender. Set all security/antivirus software to allow or ignore everything in the DVDFab folder in Program Files, then reboot your pc and get a fresh download of the offline installer and run it using the As Administrator context option. Report the results here.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

Very strange. Try temporarily turning off Windows Defender (I have it permanently disabled).Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts

I don't think I can disable Windows Defender. I went into the settings and it says it's managed by McAfee and there are no selections to disable Defender. I was able to add DVDFab to Windows Defender to allow DVDFab through the firewall. I also disabled McAfee temporarily with no change. DVDFab did not show up in the Task Manager.
Thanks for the help, BTW.

If still have a problem, our developer will need to remote your PC to check the problem.

I didn't use CCleaner. I uninstaller all dvdfab programs, went through and deleted most dvdfab files in the registry and reinstalled using the link you provided. That seems to have fixed it, al least the program is running.
Thanks for the quick response and the help in getting this resolved.
