Curiousity Question

I got the upgrade notice for 2.2.0.1 so I tried it, and it didn't work right. Deleted everything completely and tried offline installer, also failed.I did finally get it to install properly & it opens & works right.Two of the icons in the Start Menu don't look quite right & I think that's part of the installation problems. What's wrong with i? Screenshot attached

If it installs, starts and runs, I would say that nothing is really wrong with it. Problems like this are almost always related to security software blocking or quarantining files or components without notifying you or a Windows 10 update causing purposeful incompatibility. The As Administrator run option sometimes helps.
