cannot (Update Important Resources)

Hi, I have a problem to update the DVDFab Downloader 2.3.0.2
After I launched this program, it pop up a message and try to download something, but it's failed to do so, I retry many times, but still not works. Any one can help ?

Please try downloading the Offline installer and run that using As Administrator. In some cases, components of Downloader can be blocked by security software or Windows Defender. Please check your settings and tell the security app to ignore the installer and the Downloader exe file or turn it off briefly while the installer runs.
