Thank you for being a part of the StreamFab community, we really appreciate your understanding.
So I have the latest version of Streamfab for Windows. I had a video from HBOmax get stuck on remuxing. How do I get it to be removed from the que? Also why does the subtitles ALWAYS default to close caption. Even though I have subtitles turned off in the settings?
This is a known problem that has been reported by other users and is being addressed by the developers. Watch the release notes for upcoming versions. Not sure about the subs, have not noticed it personally. It is best to attach the drmDownloader log file when reporting a problem.
I also had the Remux problem and fixed it as follows.
Download a suitable ZIP archive from https://github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds/releases and replace ffmpeg.exe and ffprobe.exe with those from the ZIP archive in the folder "C:\Program Files\DVDFab\StreamFab".
