BBC iPlayer - Long Download Delay

Hi, I've been waiting several days to download a series called 'Men of Rock' from the BBC iPlayer website, but to no avail.

I've tried uninstalling the DVDFab Downloader software and reinstalling it, including deleting and re-adding the URL for the videos, but unfortunately the videos still won't download.

I'm signed in to the BBC iPlayer and I can actually watch the series via streaming, I just can't download it using DVDFab Downloader.
