This video file cannot be played. (Error Code: 102630)

When logged into www.my5.tv and using a vpn putting me in the UK, I get the error code: 102630 when I try to play the video in the dvdfab downloader player.

Can anyone advise what the error code is and if downloading from that website is possible?

This may be coming from the website, never seen a Fab error code that looks like that. Please supply the actual link for the download from the browser address bar so that it can be checked.
