Amazon files can't be played after download.

Full Version:

Issues with Amazon downloads. Movie will show as downloaded, but when I attempt to play the file it won't open and error message says File cannot be played. This only started yesterday. Up until then, had no issues with downloading from Amazon.

What version number are you using? Update to v3.0.1.2 if you have not. If it still does not work, extract the latest session from the drmDownloader.log file and attach it to a post following the steps outlined here: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...532#post263532

Using current version. I attempted to follow instruction for providing the log. I hope I did it correctly.
