HBO Max - Can't Download?

When I try to record something on HBO Max, the queue never opens. When I hit download now, the screen switches over to the profile select screen, with an overlay over it so I can't click my profile name. If I add to queue, I don't get the queue screen to be able to start the downloads.

I'm logged into HBO Max through my television provider, if that makes a difference.

The devs know about the HBO Max issue and are working on a fix for the issue in a future release.

HBO Max - log in in via Cable provider (COX) does not work... you pick and movie and it loops.
