3.0.1.8 will not work with HBOMax

So I purchased the product, and triedi t with Amazon. It "seemed" to work although the output file was questionable in its quality. I tried it with HBOMax and it would NEVER work. It just goes back to the "choose who is watching" page and says "oops something went wrong (on the hbo page). Isvthis goung to ever work, or should I just request my refund now?

Same here in fact this product barely downloads from anything reliably other than Amazon. I reported Solo A Star Wars Story not working from Disney+ sometime ago and it still does not work. HBOMax does not work at all. I see it jump back to the select profile screen for HBOMax account followed by "oops something went wrong....." from HBOMax page. Tried to upload logs and forum says its too large.

Don’t need so many, just the recent ones. Copy and paste them to a new text document using Notepad.

Deleted log files and tried again to download The Matrix still received same error. I attached ALL the log files since the two you request dont have anything meaningful in them but the others are showing errors.
