Apple TV+ :- "Ted Lasso" and "For All Mankind" impossible to copy

I’m still not getting Apple+ episodes to download either.

Just bought a new Dell laptop. Tried to download For all Mankind again, before I installed all the rest of my programs, it failed at 34 min. This is very close to the same time as the other pcs I tried to download with. But they all have different software. What am I missing, this is driving me nuts? Please help. Any luck with my other logs I sent you? Here are the logs from the new pc please help. Any other files I can sent to help?

We have no trouble with "For all Mankind" episodes on our side. The developer needs to figure out a solution, sorry for that.

Maybe I don't understand. The reason you have us send you our log files is to see why we are having problems correct? Then your tech views our log files and see what our problem is so they can come up with a fix for us correct?

The failure could be due to insufficient graphics card resources while downloading and playing at the same time.

1. In the Settings, please do not enable acceleration

2. Please update the driver of your graphics card.

And then try again.

Thanks, I will try these out. Some good things to try, it's a start.

I update my video driver and turned off turbo mode but had the same results. Ted Lasso, Mythic Quest and Amazing Stories all failed around 7 minutes. However, Trying downloaded successfully. I have attached the log. I have previously downloaded the series See successfully.

I read the “dev” suggestions and after a number of months without any Apple+ episode download success, my initial thoughts were sceptical at best.
I went to settings and switched the accelerator off as suggested.
I made sure that the Downloader was the only program running and loaded the first episode of Ted Lasso.
IT WORKED.
The complete episode downloaded without locking up the computer, as it usually does.
I then tried episodes 2, 3 and 4 and those worked too.
Next test was to try For All Mankind. It normally stalled my computer as well.
It also worked!!!
Wow.
Very happy and easy to fix.
Pass my thanks to the developers.

I can't get any audio on Apple TV. It only appears 1 saying "default" and it doesn't download the video, it captures the video in playback.

Tried this out and it works. I can now download For All Mankind and other episodes from Apple TV. I did the below. I unchecked the Box that says
Enable GPU Hardware Acceleration in the settings for streaming services. Now it is all working great.

The failure could be due to insufficient graphics card resources while downloading and playing at the same time.
