The DVDFab Office will be closed for a few days (10.01~10.07) to celebrate the National Day holidays. This may cause some delays if you have an outstanding support ticket during this time, however, automated functions like purchases and the forum are still running.

Have you tried closing the software and restarting it? I had a similar issue with Mighty Ducks Game Changers. It wouldn't analyze. But other videos worked fine. So I closed everything and restarted and it worked fine after that (although I don't remember if I restarted my computer too).
