Amazon videodownloads keep failing and app then crashes!

Every time i try to DL a amazon prime video the app crashes after telling me it failed to download.
I tried to watch the video at same time and still the same result.
It happens every time with Man in the high castle S4E6 using no subtitles and french language audio.
