Paramount+ : Not subtitles attach on mp4

KHi, i add paramount service,
i try to download:
movie
spotlight (2015)
and:
Serie:
The Handmaid's Tale
in both cases
the mp4 file download ok, but not subtitle attach, (spanish subtitle)

one tip:
for the movie: spotlight (2015)
in paramount options: the subtitle option are:
Brazilian and
Mexican Spanish is

for the serie:
The Handmaid's Tale
the subtitles options are:
Brazilian and
Mexican Spanish

In settings under Streaming service change Download subtitle from "remux into file" to "extract to srt file". I have never had luck with subtitles remuxed into mp4's

nothing , i try with external srt file, but the same problem only generate mp4 file, and not subtitle srt embeb or external

I checked on it yesterday, the logs have been given to the devs but remember they have a long task list, may be a delay. Thanks for being patient.
