Amazon Web Download 480p only

I am a new customer from today. I am trying to download in 1080p from Amazon and I always get 480p.

Note

-- I am running the latest version, wich is 3.2.0.4;
-- Before you ask, I have selected 1080p in the list.

It is a known issue, the developers are working.on it.

I am fairly new to all this and was curious about the questions below:

-- Since the begining of DVDFab downloader, did it happened frequently that Amazon has changed their DRM?
-- If yes, what was the timeframe that the fix came out? Are we talking usually about days, weeks or even month?

The time required for a fix depends on the specific problem. Some have been quick, others take longer. Downloader has been updated updated every week since it was launched. Amazon has made at least two changes in the copy protection that I am aware of, possibly more. Not sure why this is significant.
