Tried a few downloads, most downloads at 702*396 and aspect ratio is 4:3. Might get one at 720*480 but has a huge black border around the whole screen.
Nothing from Amazon downloads in 1080p with StreamFab 4.0.0.3. I tried 2 different shows and both downloads at 704X396 and the audio is back to 2 channels. Attached are the log files.
I totally agree with that. I tried some files in german with amazon prime. For example "BOSS LEVEL" is the same issue:
only ACC Stereo and Video resolution 1088x464, not 720p and not 1080p
Same here. Tried to download "Bosch" Season 1 in 1080p. Received only small files with about 200 Mbytes and a resolution of 704x396. Same result in another try with different settings. Sound only in AAC 2-channel. Hope you can fix this. Thanks for your continuing work.

Yes, same here, this was the reason I purchased the program.
I am in Canada.
Amazon content will now download but most downloads contain tiny mp files. Viewing the file shows a terrible, worse than vhs, quality file!
I tried another tv series, all episodes being the same length time wise, some episodes were 200mb and another one is 1.2gb after download!!
Yes Amazon works, but is not really worthy of StreamFab.
The download says it is 720p, but it cannot be based on the output files.
1080p is but a dream for the future.
Agreed
Output here is not even 720p, as seen in the details of two of the downloaded files.
Post download (parsing) time is incredibly longer as well. 15 minutes just to 'parse' 1 movie
Same here... Either I get a failed, or it attempts to download and says 720 AAC at the top of the screen, but after processing the file it ends up being standard definition, no 720 . This happens with every video I've tried, both series and movies from both amazon and amazon subscription channels such as AMC, BET, PARAMOUNT+, HBOMAX, STARZ, and SHOWTIME. All give me the same results.
