Retsrok163, please follow what Jack (@jpp72) asked of you. In the meantime, are you talking about the old Hawaii Five-O or the new? Are you getting Paramount+ directly from Paramount or by way of Amazon?

Sorry the new Hawaii Five-0. It will show as it is downloading the subtitles. Episode 1 It did download the Spanish subtitles. Episode 2 did not. Some are downloading but some are not.

Retsrok163, still waiting on your StreamFab.log. Which kind of Spanish subtitles are you looking for? Spanish from Spain? Spanish from Latin America? The manifest is being even more specific on that one, listing as from Mexico. I think I saw Caribbean Spanish listed once somewhere.

That's not what I asked you. I want to know if Latin Amer./Mexican Spanish is the type you want. Without a StreamFab.log, I can't tell if you live in Spain or Latin America. If you speak/read the Latin American form of Spanish, that can be corrected by the Developer to appear in StreamFab because it is in the manifest. But, Spanish Spanish, you are out of luck.

have you tried doing a clean uninstall of streamfab
and reinstall with the latest version ??
