Hi,
NordVPN or Express VPN is used for testing, I can confirm that Peacock can works well with NordVPN or Express VPN, but not all of US VPN servers, we may need try to switch to another US VPN server sometimes if the video can not be played back when connecting with VPN.

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

Any idea if the developer is actually working on or planning to work on the issue of failed downloads on some shows, but not all, for those in the USA that are NOT using a VPN? Seems that the issue might have something to do with location in the US?Originally posted by Wilson.Wang View Post

Please try to do a clean uninstall and install first.
Please start a new thread and post the new log file if you still have the problem when downloading videos from Peacock with the latest version 6194.
Please tell us the details if you connected via VPN.
Please post your logs the default location is:
