Netflix Netflix: Error Code 316 (6.1.9.8)

Have been getting Error Code 316 with Netflix all day today. Example titles: The Whirlwind, The Victim's Game (1920x1080 2502kbps)

From USA, Windows 10, Streamfab for Windows

All I can suggest is make sure you are not getting logged out like here > https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...every-download

Other than that, wait till someone who can check the log, as I don't remember seeing that error, 316.
    Do other providers work?
What a waste of time, streamfab so-called support.

Yes, other providers are working normally. I appear to still be logged in because I can change between user profiles.

[Critical]: "[DownloadNetflix]" **** Get download Processed fail. The error is : 316
[Critical]: "[DownloadNetflix]" **** Get Key fail. The error is : 316

I'm not going to speculate whether the problem is what seems probable (a bad or missing key) or it is something else. Until SF stops the secrecy and tells us what the error codes mean, it is all a guess.
In another thread here, it appears that error 322 has to do with the user not having the right to use a certain module (although his log file shows he does) which, I could imagine, could be caused by his monthly access having expired, or he is using a crack. Wilson quickly closed that thread, so I'm leaning toward it being the latter.

Rather than someone searching for a half hour or more to find this error warning among 10 unrelated downloads, this is how to post a StreamFab.log -

Delete the existing StreamFab.log from your Log directory. Run the ONE download that you are having problems with. Exit StreamFab. Do not edit this new StreamFab.log in any way. Attach it to a post here on the forum.

Thanks for letting me know. I am an AnyStream refugee and am used to uploading untouched log files or else you'd be scolded by the admin for trying to edit it. Good to know in the future.

I can't use Netflix at all. It logs me out every time I try to use it. I can't download anything, so I log in, and as soon as I try to download it, I am logged out.

Are you still using your school's Internet? Perhaps your IP is being blocked? If I were Netflix, I'd block everyone at MIT, too. The hackers there probably cause them major headaches. Did you try using a VPN to try to log into Netflix? If you do, make it a local one in the Boston/Cambridge area so that they don't think you are trying to trick them.

                            ok, it's Money Heist.s01e01

E100 means "This title is not available to watch instantly"

Can you post your StreamFab.log to compare

Oy! Chameleon, I just realized that you hijacked someone else's topic. You already have an active topic at https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...every-download Please keep your messages about being logged out to that thread.
