ESPN+ is listed among the numerous activated VIP Services, but I can't figure out how to get anything to download. I'm guessing I can't download anything that's "Live", but there are literally thousands of On Demand shows available for a limited time (basketball games seem to stay up about 30 days). Can anyone please explain how it "should" work so I can see it I'm doing something wrong?

Okay, thanks. When I do what you describe, SF seems to be grabbing what it needs to generate manifests and adds to program to the queue. However, when I click on the Ready to Download button I get various responses, none of them actually performing a download. Most of the time the downloading progress bar opens up and within a second or two it fails with the statement "Failure to retrieve video playback information, please contact us for assistance". Then a small windows pops up titled "ESPN Plus Downloader" showing the event I'm trying to get and three buttons at the bottom titled "Cancel", "Add to Queue", and "Download Now" - just like I was in the ESPN tab starting the play a show.Comment

try clearing your cookies & cache folders reboot streamfab and retry ESPN+ again.Originally posted by tilu3303 View Post
