ESPN+ Need help figuring out how to download programs from ESPN+

ESPN+ is listed among the numerous activated VIP Services, but I can't figure out how to get anything to download. I'm guessing I can't download anything that's "Live", but there are literally thousands of On Demand shows available for a limited time (basketball games seem to stay up about 30 days). Can anyone please explain how it "should" work so I can see it I'm doing something wrong?

play the video, is there an orange download button in the lower left corner of the screen ??
if yes, then just click on the orange download button to download the video. if the video is live then
you will need to wait until the live stream has finished and the replay put up before it can be downloaded.

Okay, thanks. When I do what you describe, SF seems to be grabbing what it needs to generate manifests and adds to program to the queue. However, when I click on the Ready to Download button I get various responses, none of them actually performing a download. Most of the time the downloading progress bar opens up and within a second or two it fails with the statement "Failure to retrieve video playback information, please contact us for assistance". Then a small windows pops up titled "ESPN Plus Downloader" showing the event I'm trying to get and three buttons at the bottom titled "Cancel", "Add to Queue", and "Download Now" - just like I was in the ESPN tab starting the play a show.

try clearing your cookies & cache folders reboot streamfab and retry ESPN+ again.
if downloads still fail, then please post the streamfab log files for further help.

I exited StreamFab, deleted the StreamFabTemp folders, restarted WIndows (W10Pro), and then started StreamFab. In the ESPN+ folder I queued up a few more programs, and the error was the same.
I don't see how to clear the cookies and cache folders for the SF browser.
Which log files do I post and where do I post them?

Thanks - that was very helpful!
I cleared the cache with SF not running and then started it. I tried several programs that had been put in On Demand recently and they all failed as I described prior. I've zipped the log files together and attached the zip file.
