StreamFab for Windows SF 6221 - New authorization required for empty MAC?

For the 1st time I need with SF 6221 new Authorization ..
.. after Login it shows 2nd Auth (but only same MAC used)

Looks like I need 2nd Auth for MAC "no MAC"
if I deauthorize this blank MAC address in Member Center
SF 6221 is also deauthorize - but my real (unchanged) MAC worked last 18 months

              I don't like if it's doing this.
I doubt very many only have 1 authorization slot, most have more, but still not liking if it does this. And what if there are those with only 1?
I have not run 6221 yet. Just installed it, still keeping 6220 and 6219.

If those who have, have you tried deauthorizing all and then trying to see what happens?
Most likely will not help, but just a thought.

I guess they can't switch between 6221 and older versions
without deauthorization in the Member Center - here

Nope (need to sleep soon), but since I want to be able to switch easily
at any time, I won't remove both authorizations until Wilson.Wang
(or other DVDFab Stuff) has made a statement

GermaniaI can also confirm the problem.
I installed SF6221, deleted my Mac in the user center and activated 6221.
                    An empty Mac appears.
When I installed SF6219 SF stayed activated and it says an empty Mac and my always used one.
I only have a Windows pc activated.
By the way, SF6221 in Netflix does not show all audio tracks when you select AAC.

I would HIGHLY advise against installing 6221. You only get a set amount of deactivations and then you're through.
Not wasting one on this MESS !! Because you WILL have to eventually deactivate it, as you don't know who may have access to your computer or account.

I get 3 new downloads per service (like in the trial) and if I need something bad enough I will use 6221 for that, 6220 gets most stuff.

BTW, the audio does work for Netflix in the trial. I did not even have to switch to AAC when eac3 was not available, it gave me AAC only as a choice.

What do you mean, you get a set amount of deactivations? And where did you get that information?

                          Go and try to deactivate.

You have X single-device deauthorizations left. Are you sure you want to deauthorize this device?

I replaced the number it gave me with X, and it was less than 10.
And don't remember ever deactivated ever before.

And that is for ALL their products. However, I may have used a deactivation YEARS ago for DVDFab. When replacing my computer with a new one.

OK, update on the authorization. I have 6219 and 6220 as well as 6221 on my computer. When I went to 6220 it asked me to authorize and all went fine, no second MAC.

I then went to 6221, and it's authorized now, still no second MAC.

                            So fingers crossed.

I have seen it nowhere stated that the number of deauthorizations are limited. I have been using this liberally when deinstalling. Is this a hidden means to render my expensive purchase useless in the future?
