Curious, not for my two accounts ..
.. perhaps the NF IPv6 timeout issue (has also nothing todo with SF) - see here

Youtube movies is broken for 48 hours after YT Update - so what?

Nobody is forcing you to use SF or to fill the forum with your eternal whining
You really do post junk. If you don't have anything useful to say then just STFU. It's really odd that every time someone reports a problem it's always you that pops up saying "everything is ok here".
Clearly it isn't for many other people. As for YouTube movies not working for 4 8 hours What planet are you on.Youtube movies won't download purchased movies in 1080 and never has despite promises .

As for the moronic comment that nobody is forcing me to use SF . Maybe the fact that I've paid for it and for additional modules might have something to do with it.
I've already said to you before that if you have nothing useful to say then don't bother (and your comments are rarely useful) yet you can't resist telling everyone how youre not having problems. Well don/t

I don't get why your YouTube movies don't come in 1080p now. It seems to be an issue with you and YouTube. As we can now even download movies with ads in 1080p from the movies and TV section, although not all can.
Nowtv remains stuck in them trying to fix it, and there is no info on an update to ITVX.

A movie from the movies with ads in the movies and tv section ...

Its only purchased movies , not everything with YT.

I've uninstalled SF a few times but it never seems to sort things out. And the Remuxing problem only started today and the first episode was fine then the second screwed up but I restarted and got as far as episode 7 so it's very inconsistent.

This might be a job for Cleverget but paying twice because SF doesn't work is getting tiresome

How can your Netflix error be reconstructed?

And why don't >1% of all NF/SF users have the same problem??

Just as strange as the fact that I can't reconstruct >50% of all errors reported in the forum.

Then the problem is probably less with SF, but rather with the user of the program
or the connection to the respective provider.

I think I've been using SF a lot longer than you have so I'm well aware of how to use it.

Worked fine on Netflix the other day. Now it doesn't. Could be the VPN but not had issues with that before. Lost count of the number of times SF has shut itself down today. I guess its time for yet another uninstall

I don't ever rent/buy, so can't test those on YouTube. Just wanted to note that movies with ads NEVER gave me 1080p before, but many are now. Might be a YT change.
You may want to keep going with CG as YouTube works fine on all content that I can test, again can't test rent/buy, so you may want to see what CG offers in resolution if it's better than 480 or 540p or what. The YT changes do NOT seem to effect CG at all.
Plain and simple: just use streamfab for Windows offline installer, which is always available at https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64

I actually asked CG about 1080 on paid movies and they said it was NO. They also said no to 1080 on Disney at the time so SF get a + mark there.

I uninstalled SF and reinstalled and it seems to be working although I'm not confident it will reliably download my Netflix quota uninterrupted. Now I have the tedious issue of recalling where I make the change to stop that blasted ad popping up every time I open SF

And how in such a case - without knowing about the VPN -

A flag has been sent to management. Germania doesn't deserve this kind of abuse. He does 90% of the problem fixes around here. It is clear that you have a problem with authority. You'd better correct that before you are gone.

I don't have a problem with authority at all. What I do have a problem with is smartarses popping by to make no useful contribution. He accuses me of whining. I expect something I've paid for to work when its supposed to but maybe that's just me.
I've mentioned it to him before about keeping quiet if he has nothing useful to add , so there's nothing for me to correct.

As for your flag sent to management , I'm guessing you already know what you can do with that

As the reinstall seems to have solved the problem I'm guessing its nothing to do with the VPN but the constant need to uninstall, reinstall , delete folders etc definitely is a SF problem

And it seems a better idea to add to a current Netflix thread than start up a new one.
Isn't picking up on typos something 6 year olds stopped doing decades ago for fear of seeming stupid or petty?

Well, what can he say if it's fine for him...

Most problems with Streamfab can be avoided by performing a clean reinstall of each version...

It might be because everything's fine for him most of the time...

If you still have problems with Streamfab, please start a new topic, and we'll ignore it!

                          God bless you!
NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

He can say nothing which is what I asked him to do. Posting to say he has no issues is no use whatsoever. And its clear that problems vary from system to system and between users and different locations and setups so most useful would be replies from those who have experienced similar problems. Replying to say everything is ok doesn't help.

I also have times when users have problems I'm not having so unless I've had something similar before so can advise a possible solution I don't bother.

                            God bless you too

If someone wrote download a from b does not work ..

of course helpful to know that it is not a general SF problem !
Definitely more helpful than no feedback at all
and not knowing if everyone has the same problem

And if no further information is given,
it is not always possible to guess the cause of the error.
In this case, problem solving is usually not possible

Yes but the constant use of "it must be you" that we get from you and Cats is not helpful because as we have seen on plenty of occasions there are times when problems that don't affect everybody can still not be down to the user.

I do appreciate your input and its been useful several times but please refrain from banging on about the fact that many of the problems I (and others) get don't affect you so it must be down to us. I've had personal messages of support from users also fed up with the same treatment who now simply don't bother to post because they know what will happen
