NOTE: ALL the other streaming services we use work 100 perfectly. (Amazon, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, Disney+)

It's just Max that will not download.

    I'm at a loss.
    me too!

    Only Max

When I tried to download a video from HBO Max, it would get stuck after a few seconds. The download process could not continue and it stayed at that position. Does this mean that you also use partner login and the dl never starts?

If not, you are in the wrong thread ..
.. then please use your old thread with your current StreamFab.log
because the MAX problem in SF is already fixed

I'm inclined to agree with you.

I used a friend's Max log-in information (not a partner/"two-step log in", but an actual Max subscription log-in) and was able to d/l everything my wife and I wanted from Max.

To prove that it's the logging-in via a "partner" (i.e. AT&T, XFinity, etc) that is the problem, I used my sister's log-in info (she gets Max free via AT&T - just like my wife and I) and . . . just like using my log-in . . . nothing would download.

So, it's the log-in using the partner option that is causing the issue.
