Disney+ Error code 10099

I keep getting error code 10099 for every disney plus video I try to download. Any ideas of why and how to rectify this?

I tried again and got error code 19999.

Without title and setting I can't say anything ..

It's any title I try. I tried to attach my streamfab.log but its too large of a file. I've been searching for a work around.

Also it only happens with Disney plus and Apple. Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, paramount all work fine.

Please close SF, rename StreamFab.log and try an affected title
then try to attach the new StreamFab.log

Don't know what size it is if you compress to zip, rar, 7z or whatever ..
.. if the file is still too large, use a free filehoster to upload it

[Critical]: QtDownloadTask::onError : errorString :Connection closed, code : 2, _code :2

So your account have a problem or your connection to D+ (especially with VPN)

Before you try again: Close SF and rename your cache - like here
After this new login is required

I did this to try and correct AppleTV logging me out when trying to download. This problem did not go away

I did the vpn region change and that worked for disney. thanks. I'm going to try apple in a bit.
