I don't think that yt-dlp support premium (DRM protected) content ..
.. see also: 6play.fr No video formats found (Closed as not planned)
so SF has to determine the mpd itself ...

btw: justwatch incorrectly claims: Gratuit avec publicité
      Hello,

As I mentioned, before Streamfab launched the M6+ module and we were therefore forced to use DRM MPD, we were able to download paid content from M6+.

It's only since the module was created that it has become impossible to download videos via paid offers.

The link you provided mentions a problem dating back to May 2024, but Streamfab recently released an update (I don't remember the exact date, but it was less than 6 months ago) that resolved this issue, and since then, we have been able to download all videos on M6+.

So the problem is indeed with Streamfab, not YouTubeDL.

if you have access to the extended download service, try and see if version 6.1.5.3 is available.

You can't get any key with 6153 because it's long disabled

        Hello,
I just buy the extended download (it's a shame to make old versions not free !!). So, I buy this extended and download the 6.2.4.3 and the downloads works very well.

I will update when a future version will be ok with M6+...

All updates are free. You just need to download the offline download found in the Sticky section of this forum and SAVE IT. Despite what they might say in the recent changelog, I doubt we'll see any improvement in the online updates. We've been telling everyone to avoid using the online update for more than 2 years because it causes nothing but trouble. In that time they made no attempt to improve it, they just came up with the Extended Download Service to make more money off the people that don't read the warnings or have the common sense to know that if you save something you will have it when you need it. Anyone here that promotes the Extended Download Service, rather than telling the person about the use of offline Sticky downloads, is a party to the scam.

You must have misunderstood me a bit.
The problem that yt-dlp cannot be used (for paid content)
results from your log, in which SF tries to do exactly that ..
.. the DRM Downloader is not used at all in the current SF release.
            That's why I wrote:
