    Hello,

So, I managed to resolve the problem with M6+, but I'm having trouble downloading from it again.

This time, the problem is that when I try to download, Streamfab only lets me download the audio, not the video.

Is anyone else having the same problem? I should point out that the problem affects the entire M6+ website (both free and paid sections).

    Thanks.

Looks like you need to see the ad (with free account) before analysis:

Which SF version you used ?

        HelloGermania,

I'm using version 6.2.5.7, but I've been having this problem throughout September. I thought the recent update would resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it persists.

As you can see, it works for me ..

Please close SF, rename the StreamFab.log
start SF, try once and after fails close SF
and attach your new StreamFab.log to your post

But first try to rename your cache (if SF closed) - like here
(this require relogin for all provider - please restart SF after login)

I can't promise that I can test again (and/or compare log)
before I come tomorrow from work (in ~20.5 hours)
Possibly today, if you're quick enough ..

Looks like the log is useless in this case.

            With yt-dlp I can test:
            Code:
            yt-dlp -F https://www.m6.fr/mr-bean-la-serie-animee-p_27469/dans-la-nature-c_13142459
and see only audio - so I added --allow-u
            Code:
            yt-dlp -F --allow-u https://www.m6.fr/mr-bean-la-serie-animee-p_27469/dans-la-nature-c_13142459
and see audio+video, because video is drm protected

see also: Only sound is downloaded on .. m6.fr, not video

My second attempt also worked with video ..
.. without seeing any ads beforehand (without playing)

I tried to follow your instructions, but the problem persists for me.

If I understand correctly, you need two log files? One before and one after? Sorry for the question; English is not my native language.

If so, I have saved two log files, which I'm attaching.

Thank you for all the help you're trying to give me.

                > English is not my native language

Same for me - only the 2nd log (not before) was needed
(renaming previously only to reduce your log)

Have you renamed the cache before?

Sorry, but I can't detect any problem in your log ..
.. I noticed only that you tried a different epi:

perhaps try doing a clean uninstall / reinstalll of streamfab and see if that works

Yes, I tried renaming the cache, which did have the desired effect of logging me out of the site, but despite that, the problem continues.

Indeed, I tested with several episodes to see if the problem could be isolated but unfortunately it affects the entire site for me.

I just read your message about yt-dlp but on Streamfab, is it possible to add this code line ?

I tried a complete uninstallation using Revo Uninstaller but despite that, the problem is still present for me.

This option is already in SF used yt-dlp (YoutubeToMP3Process) ..
.. otherwise I would also only see an Audio offer.

Can you play the episodes in SF ? (with deactivated "Auto Analysis")

If so, I've no idea what is going wrong for you (Ad-blocking DNS ?)

I just tried playing the video on Streamfab with "Auto Analysis" disabled and I can confirm that the video plays normally.

The strange thing is that I do have ads playing before the video starts, and this problem only occurs with the M6 website.

Thank you again for all the help you've tried to give me.

have you tried different shows & movies ?? are the results all the same ?
are you using a VPN ? perhaps try that and see if you can download from M6+.

Yes, I tried with different programs and unfortunately, same result everywhere.

No, I don't use a VPN, but it might be worth considering.

As I mentioned a few months ago, I'm experiencing this problem on Windows 10, but I don't know how it was resolved.
Could Windows 10 be the source of the problem?

Nope, I test always with Win10 (Extended Security Updates for one year free)

Have you a paid account (M6+MAX; formerly: 6Play max) ?
If so please try a different, new free account

No, I don't have an M6 Max account.
I subscribed to a package like Téva, for example, which gives me access to the channel's content, but it's not Max.

Just because I wasn't sure, I tried creating a new account to see what the result was, and I'm still having the same problem; it's very strange.
