NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

Curious question. I wonder if SF's account got the email now. Maybe they don't download with it?

I’m doing my own testing on a new account that has never downloaded anything prior to the 6247 release, I guess we will see.

I have checked the message centre on Amazon and I am not getting the message from Amazon, but that is because I use Amazon.es. However, if I go to Amazon.co.uk, the message does appear.

Anyway, I've created a new account and will see if the Amazon message appears again, since I've been using my personal account with previous versions of StreamFab, like everyone else in this thread, I suppose, so maybe that account is already on the ‘blacklist’. I'll try to use this new account a lot. I'll keep you posted.

btw.. I created the new account in Canada. Where do you receive the message from Amazon if the account is from that country? On Amazon.com? I ask because I don't receive the message on Amazon.es. I have to go to Amazon.co.uk to see the message. Thanks

Both emails were in my SPAM folder
I've checked, my message center, inbox and spam folder. And the same on my Wife's account. No Messages at all.

Since this thread started I've downloaded 2 seasons from 2 different shows available on Prime. I never rent or buy movies from prime.

I have an Amazon account for many years, it‘s used for downloading videos from Amazon US/JP/UK/DE, includes for downloading Amazon Music / Audible with MusicFab, eBook with BookFab.

But I’m still not get the Amazon email or Message.

And I created a new account and download ~400 videos (Prime videos, purchased/rented videos) from Amazon US with StreamFab 6247/6248, download vides included H264/H265, 1080p/720p/480p, CBR/CVBR, EAC3/AAC audios.

Amazon Gift Card is used for Amazon Prime subscrption and purchase/rent videos.
              ExpressVPN and NordVPN are used.
Also not get the Amazon email or Message.

Between late May and early June, I rented four movies to download and didn't watch them. I remembered that I could have played them in my browser when it was too late. At the end of last month, I used the Lionsgate+ and Paramount+ channel trials and downloaded a bunch of content. Yesterday morning, I got this email.

I saw in the thread that it seems to have to do with purchased or rented content. Could it also have to do with subscribed channels? Lately, I've been downloading a lot of content from Amazon in general, reaching the daily limit several days a week, every other week.

There is no pattern thus far.

                    so, the problem is back?

is that WIlson posted a comment here, which even became the answer to this post that the latest version had resolved this issue and people had stopped reporting that they had received email at the time he posted this

We did some improvements in the new version 6247, at least that the process is same as watching the video from Amazon website when analyzing and downloading videos from Amazon in StreamFab.

It should be usefull for the Amazon warning problem.

If you want to create a new account for downloading videos but not have the another credit card, you can order an Amazon Gift Card with your main account and subscript the Amazon Prime with the gift card payment in the new account.

Its hard to say what is triggering the emails because not everyone is reporting and also they could have triggered before the software update, i for one have rented and downloaded a few things and grabbed stuff that was just on prime and have been fine, i dont use vpn and i use amazon.com.

I beginning to wonder if it really was Streamfab that triggered this, because someone at reddit said he never used Streamfab but he still got the email, and people getting the email from a region they don't use... It's beginning to look like they're shooting in blind
