UHD Copy Difference between UHD copy and UHD ripper

probably a crazy question. But what’s the difference between copy and ripper? I was unable to find this on the website

The UHD Copy compresses and makes it fit on a BD25 or 50 disc (or ISO or folder). The Ripper makes video files (MP4, MKV etc.)
