please check your firewall / antivirus software, to see if those are blocking connections somewhere.

I'm going to take message back. I don't think the issue is with Windows, but rather with dvdfab claiming it can open any disk. I tried 2 UHD disks. 1 opens, and other doesn't. The one that doesn't open, opens with different software that has a key. No further comments.Comment

Please post the DVDFab internal log file and attach the AACS folder of the disc here, thanks!
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
