Error message: Please specify path of ImgBurn first

Hello, I've been using UHD Copy for a couple of months now. I just updated to 10.0.9.5, and suddenly, when trying to Clone/Burn copy any 4k UHD discs (even ones that I've copied successfully before), I get an error message "Please specify path of ImgBurn first". I tried re-installing 10.0.9.5, and even reverting to 10.0.9.2, but keep getting the same error message.

I haven't changed anything in Common Settings in months, but under Common Settings -> Drives, the Burning Engine for both DVD Write and Blu-ray Write are both specified as "DVDFab Burning Engine".

In my License Info, DVD Ripper, Blu-ray Ripper, UHD Ripper, and UHD Copy are all Activated and Never Expire. DVD Copy has Never Been Used. Blu-ray Copy is Expired, but I don't remember ever using that.

    Anyone have any similar issues?

I can't duplicate this or account for it unless it is an improper reaction to the expired BD Copy module. When you have time, open DVDFab and put a supported UHD disc in your drive and let Fab analyze it. Then attach the internal log session this generates to a post. If the Fab Engine is selected for writing Blu-rays it might trigger that message (if BD Copy is expired), try changing that setting. Sorry for the inconvenience.

When I try to change the Burning Engine in either DVD Write or Blu-ray Write to "ImgBurn", a message pops up that "Failed to locate ImgBurn program (ImgBurn.exe). Please choose the file manually."

I have attached relevant log info for a successful copy/clone of The Last Jedi on 26 Apr 2018, and a failed attempt today.

Comparing the 2 logs, I notice that "error curl post: Timeout was reached" pops up several times in the failed session?

Thanks for your help on this.

Installing ImgBurn and setting the Burn Engine to ImgBurn solved the problem. Thanks october262 for the tip!

            Hi jwong16228

This problem has been fixed in new version of DVDFab 10.0.9.6. You can update DVDFab to check it out.

            Regards,
            Mona
