UHD Ripper DVDFab 10.0.9.9 Not Showing any Title To Rip from Deadpool (2016) UHD disc

I just started trying to rip some of my UHD disks and while trying to rip Deadpool (2016) blu-ray C68FA3609767D14177ACA168853BD4E18E7CD91D, DVDFab will read the disc with no errors but doesn't show any title to actually rip. The title area is empty.



My dvd drive is the LG WH16NS40 with 1.02 firmware.
Windows 10 can see all the files on the drive as well.



The internal log shows a bunch of read errors:
read error filling 0: 11 5070208 5076867 5070811 2
and some curl errors:
error curl post: Timeout was reached, http status code: 100
I have no problem playing this disc in a UHD player.

Do I have a bad disc or is this disc not supported yet?
Any help is appreciated.

The disc version you have is not supported, please send me a PM with the disc source/country info so that it can be added. The US retail and several other known variants open normally.

I purchased it back in May 2016. Here's a link from Amazon.com though I'm not sure this specific disc version is available.

If the disc contents that I uploaded didn't help, is there a version that you guys have verified that works and that I can buy?

Deadpool is also one of the few 4K titles I have still been unable to rip from my collection (the other being Trolls, which gives the standard non-supported error - Sent the AACS to signals for that one) Deadpool, however, loads, except it gets all sorts of read errors.

The log is full of entries similar to this:
