  • UHD Copy Problems

I am having issues with copying The Last Jedi and Valerian. They each get to about 50% then fail. Thoughts?

Logs? These titles should be supported for most country versions.

Not currently, but most major releases are. More than 1000 titles at this point. .

For Valerian, the log shows read errors and a problem with the server connection. Check the condition of your disc and drive.
Last Jedi also shows read errors and server issues. This was on your G: drive. Check it for dust or debris on the laser lens and make sure the network connection is reliable.

What is a server error and why would there be a server error in the middle of a disk copy? The disks are clean and unscratched.

If it is a server issue, when re-try, it shall be fixed, you can double check and make sure that your antivirus software doesn't block DVDFab from accessing the internet and then try again.
For read error, try to do a well clean on the disc; if no help, you may need to exchange the disc for a new one.
