    Lots of UHD ?

I have been a Fab lifetime member for numerous years. I back up blu ray discs to MKV/MP4 files with hardly any difficulty thanks to Fab and this forum. I just got a uhd player and I purchased a whole bunch of 4k discs that I would like to back up. Could someone please direct me to a link to let me know all the hardware and software needed to back up this discs? I probably need a computer drive that can read these titles right? Any suggestions as what drives are best to purchase? Plus the Fab software? Is there a tutorial?
Please list all that is needed so I can begin this new journey.

The 4k UHD format has lots more data to manipulate than a regular Blu-ray, so consider that as you look at you PC options. You will certainly need one of the recommended drives, there is a link to the list on the page linked above. Be sure to pay attention to the firmware number of the drive--a perfect drive with the wrong firmware is a UHD doorstop. If conversion speed is important, get a 7th or 8th generation i7 CPU and nvidia gtx 1060 or higher graphics.
