Title Support Request mad max fury road 4k

the 4k disc of mad max fury road gets an error message "the disc is not supported yet try again later"
this is the first 4k disc I have tried to copy. I have uhd copy installed and have a LG BH 16 NS55 bluray burner. I cannot work out how to find the firmware versiom. I have looked in system information, installed nero speed test and info tool but the software does not recognise the drive.
how can I get dvdfab to recognise the 4k disc? is there a link for new discs that as yet cannot be opened

ImgBurn is the easiest way if you already have it. You can also use the methods shown in this post: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/uhd-co...704#post356704

It may not be supported yet, not 100% of discs are. If it is a drive firmware problem, it will not even see the disc or try to read it. Attach the DVDFab internal log session for this disc, instructions linked in my sig.

another disc opened when I used uhd copy so I guess the firmware is ok and the problem is just that mad max is currently not supported
