UHD Creator Forced subtitles not working

If you play back the downloaded source file on your PC before running Creator do the forced subs display correctly?

yes with powerdvd v18 without having to turn on manually
when I load mkv file into dvdfad 11 the subtitle column says English,forced
in settings under the conversion page I have always only display forced subtitles checked
but in the dvdfab internal log file its says false?

Please use Mediainfo to analyze the source file and attach the analyzing result here.
