No subtitles after copy

Hi all,


I'm trying to convert Captain Phillips from mp4 to MKV, it has forced subtitles and 3 subtitle tracks which DVDFab is detecting however when the copy is complete the film doesn't have any subtitles. Here's the info for the subtitles:

This data on the subs is from the MP4, correct? Also, do you mean that the MKV does not contain any subs after the conversion or just that they do not play automatically? Really need more information to be able to help you. If you can find the DVDFab internal log session from the conversion it would be helpful. Instructions for supplying that are linked in my sig, below.

davemoreton just curious, what did you use to extract subtitle information you included in your post?

dvdfab uhd creator and bluray creator does not do forced subtitles
I have had this problem for months
dvdfab has failed to fix the problem
