    I keep getting this message when I try to COPY UHD "Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Men Tell No Tales"
    Oops! This disc is not supported yet. Please try again at a later time.

    As you may suspect, that error box means that the version of the title you have is not supported yet. Please list the country of purchase or provide a link to an online purchase site. Support will be added ASAP.

                Hi, please load the source disc into your computer and let Windows Explorer open it, then zip the AACS folder from the original disc folder and send us the zip file, thanks.

                DVDFab log default location:
                For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
                For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

                DVDFab Player 5:
                For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
