  • Title Support Request King Kong UHD - Disc is not supported yet.

    I tried to load up King Kong UHD disc and it said "Oops! This Disc is Not Supported Yet." Can you guys decrypt this one please.

    It will be supported ASAP, hopefully Monday. The office is already closed for the weekend.

        For future reference is there a special way and special place I'm supposed to upload the information to you guys? Also what exactly are the necessary files that I need to upload? Also I've read other posts where they've uploaded to an FTP server, am I supposed to do this and where is it?

          For the unsupport UHD disc, please upload the dvdfab internal log file and the AACS directory of the disc.

          Please post your logs the default location is:
          For DVDFab9_Win7 & Win8 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab9\Log
          For DVDFab10_Win7 & Win8 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab10\Log
          For Mac: /User/User name/Documents/DVDFab10/Log
          Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
          If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

            It appears to have decrypted it. I'm ripping it now, after it's done I'll report back again. Thanks guys.
