    Title Support Request Angel Heart

    Getting the usual error message with the Uke release of Angel Heart disc id# 20E8AC61B6D4119EFBB1BC8736B265F99C47903D)

    I've placed the log and a zip archive of the AACS folder in upload/nsimpson/angel heart

          Please post your logs the default location is:
          For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
          For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
          Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
          If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

                The disk was recognized, but my copy of the disk may be unreadable so I'm asking Amazon to replace it. BTW do you see more problems with 100GB disks as nearly all the disk read problems I see are with disks of this size

                  Tried a new copy of the disk today, and I seem to be having the same trouble as I had with Hellboy (2004), i.e. I can open the disk, but get an immediate rash of read errors from it. I can't yet test it with MakeMKV because it's not supported yet, but I get the same problem with DeUHD. I've attached the internal log file. I see the exact same problem on two different drives in two differrent systems, but my Samsung UHD player seems to have no problems with the disk.

                    Just checked the errors in the log file I attached and they are identical to the read error from the original copy of the disk:

                    Original:
                    2019.10.21-13:10:02: read error filling 0: 11 41499136 41601048 41499139 19

                    New disk
                    2019.10.23-14:14:30: read error filling 0: 11 41499136 41601048 41499139 19

                    I would think the chances of two disks with the exact same read errors is unlikely

                      I've just watched the film via my UHD Bluray player and there is definitely nothing wrong with the disk
