    Title Support Request Bridge on the River Kwai

    Just tried to rip this disk and I get "unsupported". I've uploaded the log and teh AACS folder to your FTP site under upload/Nik-Simpson

    Thanks Nik, some 4k versions of this are supported now, lucky you to have one that is not yet! ASAP

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

        It was able to open the disk but I had unrecoverable read errors, so I'm waiting for another copy

            The read errors started occuring about halfway through and sometimes Windows wouldn't even recognize there was a disk in the drive, so I'm pretty sure this is a bad disk, not a software issue
