For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

Update , MKV appears to work now , but on the completed result both Knives Out and Midway , go out of sync around the 35-40 min markComment

The sync problem is a known issue that is being addressed. For a workaround, do not use Passthrough or Copy Audio functions and set DVDFab to Remove HD Audio on the advanced settings page. If the audio is re-encoded to AC-3 or AAC, the bad sync issue should not be present.
