Corrupt video conversions when CUDA H.265 decoder used.

If I try to convert a video that is HEVC (H265) to any other format with DVDFab set to use CUDA as the decoder I get a video that randomly freezes, stutters, and has graphic errors. When the video does these strange things the sound continues fine. If I set the decoder to Intel Quick Sync or Software I have no such issues. I have the latest Nvidia drivers installed. I tried other apps with CUDA(Nvidia) as the decoder and encoder and I don't have these issues either. I'm using the most recent version of DVDFab but it also was present in the last 3 versions. I don't know about even older ones.

Please supply the DVDFab internal log session for one of these and the fabcheck internal.log Instructions for attaching logs can be found here:http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showpost.php?...40&postcount=5

Do you have a different codec file for CUDA decoder I can try?

I just tested and the problem on exist if I both decode and encode with CUDA. If I decode with CUDA and encode with software the problem is not there. If I decode with software and encode with CUDA the problem is not there. Its only when I both decode and encode with CUDA for H265.

I also noticed its only a problem when it says lightning shrink is being used. If I uncheck lighting shrink but had CUDA selected for decode and encode it still says its using lighting shrink even though I have lighting shrink unchecked.

Please do not put logs in the message area for a post. Attach them to a post using the instruction linked in post 2 of this thread. You can also report this using the Feedback selection in DVDFab settings, making a note of the Log ID number and post that here instead if you prefer. The Fabcheck internal log is also needed. Note that CUDA decode of h265 is not supported on all gpus, you can check this using the Hardware Info button on the AV Codec page in DVDFab settings.

Only what is built in to DVDFab, sorry.

Decode for H265 is available for in the hardware info for the 1660.

I have attached the log. I stopped the conversion after 10% to save time.

I've passed the info to our developer.

I see version 11.0.8.5 still has the issue.

I have found that the issue is limited to the Converter in DVDFAB. If I take the same video and convert it to an ISO Bluray/UHD and process it with the ISO --> Ripper instead of the MKV --> Converter, it doesn't have the video corruption.
